Private employee review bought first house at age 30!!

Hello everyone, let's share the experience of buying a house at the age of 30 (loan with my girlfriend). The house we bought was a project of SC Asset, a single-family home in the metropolitan area.

* * * Home Purchase Procedure * * *

1. Go to find a project you like. Drive around until you find the right back. But at this stage, friends can't like it alone. May have to see the location as well as whether it is convenient to travel or not. Because we see some neighbors announcing the sale. The reason is that travel is inconvenient, buy only because you like it.

2. Found a pleasant project, talk to the cell. The cell will inform the details of the price / booking fee. At this stage, there are most bank loan staff sitting at the project. We can talk about interest + money that needs to be paid in each month (the project we bought in the booking fee paid. If the loan is not done through the refund scheme, the reservation fee of each project is generally not the same).

3. The bank loan officer will offer us interest. We can choose which bank to take, which we can choose, the interest fixed 2 years, 1.75 years, the third year is floating. Most banks will also give us home insurance, such as fire insurance or life insurance. In the part of men's life insurance, the premium is more expensive than women's.

4. Send the documents to the bank. It will be the ID card, the copy of the house registration, the salary slip. After less than a week, the loan officer will call to inform you that we have passed / failed.

5. After knowing that the loan has passed, you can make an appointment with the home inspector. In this process, we want everyone to hire a technician to check. Because there are some points that we do not check as thoroughly as him, such as under the roof, check the toilet, plug the power, or even spray the pane to check where there are leaks. In fact, even if we hire a technician to check, there are still some points that fall out of sight. Everyone

6. After checking the house, if the house has a defect, let the project be completed, then sign the document for the house.

🏡. Our house clemency technique. 🏡

1.Poke more each month, such as 15,000 installments, we will add 10%, will be 16,500, because the money added will reduce the principal. (Home installment will be an installment, reduce the tree, reduce the flower, more poke will reduce quickly, we will lose less interest to the bank, and the number of years of installment will run out more quickly)

2. Refinancing After 3 years, should look for a new bank. Because the original bank after the first 3 years, the interest will increase. Therefore, refinancing with another bank with a promotion will give us a cheaper interest. (This step will be cumbersome to prepare documents and cost more)

I bought a home in my early 20s instead of investing in a 401(k), with plans to own 4–6 rental properties for retirement. Buying can seem scary, but the right lender and real estate agent make all the difference. With the right support, homeownership feels way more doable and empowering. #lemon8p
