Latest garden haul

It my annual girls weekend. Jalapeño Pineapple 🍍 and Hot Pepper Peach 🍑 . I love surprising my girlfriends with new dishes to try.

My sister gave me a watermelon yesterday, so I put it in the fridge to chill. When cut it this evening lo and behold it turn out to be a yellow watermelon. It tastes just like any other watermelon. What a nice surprise 😄

My daughter loves the pickled red onions at Cava. I used red onions from my garden.🪴 As a mom that loves to cook, I love to surprise my kids by making their favorites 🥰
