冷蔵庫を「左右にずらしたい」「前に出す方法が知りたい」って思っても、重そうでつい後回しにしがちですよね。私も冷蔵庫下の掃除が面倒で放置してたんですが、やってみたら“意外と簡単に動かす方法”がありました。私がやった冷蔵庫の動かし方（キャスターがなくてもOK） 1）まずは安全の準備：手袋をして、床に傷がつきそうならタオルや薄い養生シートを敷きます（キズ防止マットがないお家は特に）。 2）冷蔵庫の下側のカバーを外す：前面下にパネルがあるタイプが多いです。 3）調節脚を反時計まわりに回す：ここがポイントで、脚をゆるめる（下げる）と冷蔵庫が少し浮いた状態になって動かしやすくなります。画像の通り「ここを反時計まわりに回すよ！」の場所です。 4）左右にずらす／前に出す：持ちづらいので、無理に引っ張らず“少しずつ”揺らしながら移動。中身が入っていても動かせましたが、心配なら重い飲み物だけ先に下ろすとさらにラクです。掃除ついでにチェックしたい汚れポイント・床のホコリ：思ったより少なくても、角に溜まりやすいです。・冷蔵庫の裏や側面のホコリ：ここが一番「埃やばい」状態になりがちで、ワイパーや隙間ノズルがあると早いです。・落ちてるゴミ：さっきまでなかったのに…っていう小さなゴミも出てきました。冷蔵庫を動かす注意点（失敗しないコツ）・床の傷：キズ防止マットがない場合は特に注意。引きずらず、調節脚をうまく使うのがコツです。・配線・ホース：前に出すときは電源コードやアース線、給水ホース（製氷機付き）を引っ張らないように。・戻すとき：掃除後は調節脚を時計回りに回して元に戻し、ガタつきがないか確認します。私は「Gが好む場所らしい…」と聞いてから定期的にやるようにしてます。全部動かすのが怖い日は、隙間ワイパーでできる範囲だけでもOK。まずは“ちょっとずらす”から試してみてください。
