first time trying a mentaiko pasta & this was yumz! was worried it’ll be too salty but was glad it wasnt! although I do agree it can get a little jelak after a while the citrus from the yuzu kosho mayonnaise dip of the chicken defo helped to balance out the jelak-ness worth a try !! #
