・ Pumpkin... 1 / 2
・ Greek yogurt... appropriate amount
・ Honey... appropriate amount
[How to make]
① Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces, remove the seeds, and soften with lentin
② Take the rough heat and freeze it in the freezer
③ Add Greek yogurt and honey to the frozen pumpkin
④ After mixing with a spoon, the rich ice cream is complete 🎃

同じ「かぼちゃアイス」でも、作り方をちょっと変えるだけで食感がかなり変わりました。私が何度か作って感じた、より“ねっとり濃厚”に仕上げるコツと、続けやすいアレンジをまとめます。 まず大事なのは「かぼちゃの水分」。レンチン後に水分が出ていると、凍らせたときにシャリっとしやすいです。私は加熱後、キッチンペーパーで軽く水気を押さえてから冷ますようにしたら、舌触りがなめらかになりました。 次に「凍らせ方」。一口大のまま凍らせてもOKですが、皮が多い部分が混ざると粒感が残りやすいので、気になる人は皮を少し落としておくと食べやすいです。逆に、皮つきのままでも栄養を取りたい派なら、混ぜるときにしっかり潰すのがおすすめ。冷凍庫から出してすぐだと硬いので、私は常温で3〜5分置いてから“ぐりぐり”混ぜています。 甘さは「はちみつの量」で調整できますが、かぼちゃ自体が甘いと少量でも満足感が出ます。最初は控えめに入れて、足りなければ後から追加する方が失敗しにくかったです（入れすぎると“アイス”というより“甘いデザート”寄りになります）。 アレンジもいろいろ試しました。 ・シナモン少々：かぼちゃ感が一気にスイーツっぽくなって飽きにくい ・きなこ小さじ1：香ばしさが増えて腹持ちがさらに良い気がします ・ココア少々：チョコ風味で満足度が高い（混ぜる前にヨーグルト側に溶かすとダマになりにくい） 保存のコツは、作ったあと再冷凍する場合は平たい容器に薄く広げること。固まりすぎても、スプーンで削りやすくなります。ダイエット中でも「アイス食べたい」を我慢しない選択肢として、かぼちゃ×ギリシャヨーグルトはかなり使えました。
