Being single at my age has a lot of perks. Especially if u have taken the time to get to know yourself. I’d do a party of one any day of the week:) That’s longevity.

That bikini has been ridiculed in every decade:) Now I’m in my 60’s I feel like it stands for my freedom. For be to be whoever I want to be with the time I have left. I’ll just be ageless, my interpretation that is.

Feeding the muscle is just not for the young. At 62 , I have to hit those grams

I use the bacon during the week to add flavor. I used kettle and fire broth(extra protein) in the rice and fish dish. I’ll add cottage cheese , avocado, on the side:)

Easy protein get for lunch

Tuna, 2 boiled eggs, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese . Mix together w your fax seasoning.

I really love the clean ingredients in kettle and fire beef broth. 19grams of protein and low carbs. Great way to add flavor to my cooking. 🛒 Grocery list: steak,kettle and fire beef broth, Greek yogurt, almond flour(or other), sweet potato, green beans, cottage cheese
