My favorite apps to work with brands ✨

All these apps mix between UGC (user generated content) and posting on your social sites!

Brandbassador is my all time favorite, you do have to apply to work with the brands just like any other app. But, once approved with the brand they open missions!

JoinBrands has a mix between UGC & posting on your own social sites, all kinds of new brands like everyday!

Insense is just like JoinBrands!

With Upwork you can find all types of jobs! I look for the UGC but has opportunities for all kinds of jobs!

... Read moreAs a content creator, finding the right platforms to connect with brands and produce authentic user-generated content (UGC) is a game-changer. I’ve personally navigated many apps, and I’m excited to share more insights into why the ones listed in the main article are my absolute favorites, and how you can make the most of them for brand collaborations. First, let's talk about JoinBrands. As a UGC creator, I've found their platform interface incredibly user-friendly. When you open the JoinBrands app, you're greeted with a constantly refreshed list of new opportunities. What I love is the sheer variety of brands—from fashion to food, there’s always something new. For JoinBrands UGC creators, my top tip is to build out your profile thoroughly. Brands look for creators who clearly understand their niche and can deliver quality content. I always make sure my portfolio showcases diverse styles of UGC, from short video ads to lifestyle photos. The process of applying for missions, accepting them, and submitting content is super streamlined, making it easy to manage multiple projects right from my smartphone. Next up is Insense, which is quite similar to JoinBrands in its mission: connecting creators with brands. The Insense brand collaboration interface is also very intuitive. I've noticed that Insense often features campaigns that require a bit more creative input, which I personally enjoy. They make it simple to communicate directly with brands, which is crucial for understanding their vision and ensuring your content hits the mark. If you’re looking for apps like JoinBrands that offer consistent opportunities, Insense is definitely one to explore. Just like with any platform, a strong portfolio highlighting your best UGC work will significantly increase your chances of landing those coveted brand deals. Brandbassador takes a slightly different approach. While you might need to apply to individual brands first, once you're approved, it opens up a world of ongoing missions. I’ve found this creates a more long-term relationship with brands, which can lead to recurring collaborations. The missions are often diverse, ranging from social media posting to product reviews, giving you plenty of ways to produce authentic UGC. It's a fantastic way to become a true ambassador for brands you genuinely love. And let's not forget Upwork Talent. While it’s known for a wide array of freelance jobs, I specifically use it to find UGC creation platforms with mobile apps and direct brand opportunities. By searching for keywords like “UGC creator,” “content creator for brands,” or “user-generated video,” I’ve discovered some fantastic projects. It’s a great place for more bespoke, higher-paying UGC gigs where brands are looking for specific content creators. The key here is to have a compelling proposal and a strong portfolio demonstrating your UGC capabilities. For anyone asking, “where can I find UGC creation platforms with mobile apps?”—the good news is that all these platforms offer excellent mobile experiences, allowing you to manage your work on the go. My advice for aspiring UGC creators is to practice consistently, understand brand briefs thoroughly, and always deliver high-quality content. Building a strong personal brand and showcasing your unique style across these platforms will help you stand out and secure more exciting brand collaborations. Happy creating!
