Low carb chicken soup

1 whole rotisserie 🐔 3 celery stalks 3 carrots 2 onion step 1. remove all chicken off bone step 2. simmer the bones for 2 hours on low step 3. remove the bone and add the veggies step 4. once veggies is cooked add the chicken back you can add other seasoning but I like it simple.
