I finally found one of those lifetime adventures. I’ve seen it called a weight loss challenge, a lifestyle change, a fitness goal, a glow up… I feel best calling it an adventure. Adventures sound fun, and enthusiasm inducing. And I need that since before now I’ve found it dang near impossible
