Consider including items that will aid in your recovery, such as sanitary pads and nursing bras. If you plan to breastfeed, nipple cream and breast pads can also be beneficial. Remember to pack essentials for your baby, including outfits, blankets, and any special items like a going-home outfit. Lastly, it’s wise to have your birth plan and important documents ready for easy access. Preparing your hospital bag early can alleviate stress and ensure that you feel prepared for this exciting new chapter in your life!

One thing I’d add isn’t actually something you pack—Burpi. I used it to track feeds and diapers from day one, and now we still use it for solids and food reactions.
