My kids can choose 1 day a week to take cold lunch so I figured let’s make it spooky!!! School lunch is free in Michigan and there is always an option they like on the menu but cold lunch feels fun and they like to opt for a mom made lunch from time to time. Because I’m only on the hook for it once

The options were chisel frozen hunks of steak out of the package or cook 6 steaks. We cooked them all. The kids were thrilled because steak night is rare 😉 unlike my steak which I prefer medium!

Originally I wanted to make chicken cutlets, and Alfredo tortellini with spinach and sun dried tomatoes, that felt like too much work. This one pan dinner hit the spot!
