What editing app do you use?

Capcut isn't working since the banning so I figure if ask everyone!!! I love love love Capcut but I can not find something that is remotely close to Capcut! I enjoyed the video quality I got from Capcut and the option to clear my blemishes!!!

On the other hand I made deer tallow!

I prefer this over beef tallow any day!

... Read moreI totally get the frustration of losing a go-to tool like CapCut, especially when you've found something that perfectly fits your workflow for video quality and those handy blemish-clearing options! It's a real challenge to find a video editing app that isn't CapCut but still offers similar power and ease of use, especially for iPhone users. I've been down this road myself, and after trying out a bunch of different apps, I've found a few solid CapCut alternatives for iPhone that might just be what you're looking for. First up, let's talk about InShot. This app is a fantastic all-rounder and incredibly user-friendly, making the transition from CapCut pretty smooth. You can easily trim, cut, merge clips, add music, text, and even adjust video speed. While it might not have the exact same one-tap blemish-clearing feature as CapCut, InShot does offer various filters and adjustment tools that can help enhance your video's overall look, including softening skin tones. It's great for quick edits and social media content, and its intuitive interface means you won't spend hours learning something new. Just be aware of the watermark on the free version, which you can remove with a small one-time purchase or subscription. Another strong contender, especially if you're looking for more advanced features without the steep learning curve of professional software, is VN Video Editor. What I love about VN is that it's completely free, with no watermarks, and offers a multi-track timeline similar to desktop editors. This means you can layer videos, images, and music with incredible precision. For video quality, VN excels, allowing for high-resolution exports. While it doesn't have a dedicated "blemish-clearing" button, its robust color grading and effects tools give you more control to manually refine your footage, making skin look smoother and more even. It takes a little more experimentation than InShot, but the results can be truly professional. If the blemish-clearing feature was a non-negotiable for you, you might also consider combining your primary video editor with a dedicated beauty editor app for photos and short clips, like FaceTune Video or YouCam Video. These apps are specifically designed for facial retouching and can smooth skin, whiten teeth, and even reshape features directly in your video clips before you bring them into InShot or VN for the main edit. It's an extra step, but it ensures you get that flawless look you loved from CapCut. Beyond specific apps, remember that good video quality often starts with good lighting and stable footage. Even the best editing app can only do so much if the raw material isn't great. Experiment with natural light, use a tripod or stabilizer if possible, and always shoot in the highest resolution your iPhone allows. Finding the perfect CapCut alternative for iPhone might take a little trial and error, but with InShot, VN Video Editor, and dedicated beauty apps, you've got a powerful toolkit to keep creating amazing videos. Don't let a ban stop your creative flow; there are plenty of other fantastic options out there!
