This caramel recipe is adapted from Chef Nun's recipe. Very simple. Not many machines. Less equipment.

1.Cornfleck 800 grams (we use big box Nestle)

3. 116 grams of unsalted butter

4. 38 grams of fresh condensed milk

5. White sugar 50 grams

6. 50 grams brown sugar

7. Salt 1 / 2 sh

Prepare the Cornfleck in the jar.
