Sometimes you don’t need a vacation… you just need a day where nobody needs anything from you. 🧖🏽‍♀️✨ Cold plunges, hot tubs, saunas, face masks, nature, peace & absolutely NO rushing. 🥹🤎 SENSEA Nordic Spa was exactly what my mind, body and soul needed. I didn’t realize how badly I needed to

I’ve reached that beautiful stage of life where I’m not trying to be everyone’s cup of tea anymore. 😂🤍 If you like me, I love you. If you don’t… respectfully, carry on, love. 😂💅🏽 Life is too short to take everything personally.

Sometimes the glow-up isn’t about how you look… it’s about finally recognizing the woman you fought so hard to become. 🥹🤍 I’ve had days where I didn’t recognize myself, days where I was tired, overwhelmed, and just trying to make it through. But look at me now. 🥹 Still growing. Still heali
