Smashburgers at $10? 🤤🍔 SMASHEDSG review

hey friends! one thing common between my bf and I is that we LOVE burgers. Smashburgers are his favourite type of burger, so when we heard that this new burger chain was serving smashburgers at only $10 per burger, we HAD to go check it out 😆 Here's our honest review of the place!

House Smashed Burger - $10

Rating /⭐⭐⭐⭐:

We both ordered the house smashed burger and were pleasantly surprised to see two very big burgers 😋 The beef was sooo tender and flavourful! If you like your burgers saucy, you'll definitely like this place, it was so good, yet so messy to eat 🙃. Because the burgers are so rich and thick, and there's very little veg (a few pickles only) to cut through the grease, I found it slightly jelat towards the end. But that aside, we agreed it was a very value-for-money burger 🍔🤑

Dirty Fries - upsize +$6

The fries were nice and crispy, and the bits of bacon? 🥓 added a nice crunch and saltiness. No complaints about this! Comes with a free soft drink too (:

We decided to dine in since there wasn't anywhere nearby we could chill to eat. The standing tables were not the most comfortable, and the store was not air-conditioned, hence it was a hurried and hot eating experience carrying our bags and standing around our food haha, definitely not ideal for us!

Overall, SMASHEDSG is definitely worth a visit for the price point and flavour experience alone (arguably better than shakeshack), and you will definitely get your moneys worth 😉, just be sure to bring a fan with you, or takeaway the food 👌

Since the store isn’t air-conditioned and seating is limited to standing tables, I found takeaway a much more relaxing option. Bringing a small portable fan or enjoying the food outdoors really made a difference. Also, while the burger is packed with flavor, it’s quite rich with minimal veggies, so pairing it with something fresh or a side salad might help balance the heaviness. The bacon bits on the dirty fries add a lovely crunch that really complements the crispy fries, making them an ideal snack to share. If you’re visiting SmashedSG, located at 21 Baghdad Street, I recommend checking their social media for any promos or new menu items. This spot is great for an indulgent burger fix without breaking the bank, especially if you’re craving that iconic smashed burger style. Comparing it to other popular chains, I personally felt it offers excellent value and flavor, making it a worthy addition to any burger lover’s list.
