Today is National PTSD Awareness Day — a day to recognize the millions of people living with the lasting impact of trauma. PTSD isn’t always loud or visible. It can look like exhaustion, irritability, withdrawal, perfectionism, or simply “trying to get through the day.” PTSD can affect anyone.
