2022-2023 were the lowest points in my life, I was so sad and you would’ve never known unless I told you. It honestly brings me to tears thinking about it, because I was really out here fighting battles and drowning for so long with absolutely no one to help me.

Just because someone seems ok doesn’t mean they are. Check on your friends and family, the person you least expect can be struggling to keep there head above water.

You’re absolutely right girl I went through itttttt in 2020 and nobody knew because I was smiling and laughing all the time but really I was just crying for help and no one saw me. I think that’s why I hurt the most.
