Lamb loin chops with onions and Kinders hot honey barbecue sauce, jasmine rice, collard greens with onions, green & red peppers a little apple cider vinegar seasoned salt and a pinch of sugar.

Creamy garlic butter pasta with shrimp, thinly cut steak, garlic paste, cherry tomatoes cut in half and parsley flakes. Add a little heavy whipping cream and cheese of your choice to thicken the sauce a little
