With today’s workout I have 10 days left and I’ll be done with this calendar! I started in June and now I’m almost done! This is a tonight workout mainly because of the jumping! You know what I do - I modify impact not intensity! This ensures I get the most out of this workout!

I did this workout last week and took today off from doing a workout but stayed on track with my 90 day workout calendar! Glad I did, I don’t have the time to get a workout in today!

Time to check out if my hotel! Bed linens off - on the bed the go! Towels off the floor but in a pile. I’ve done this for years - my understanding is it can help housekeeping do their job faster. Time to head home!

Week 11 / day 77 is complete! I really needed this myofascial release workout today! I’ve been sitting in a dark theatre for a couple of days and this truly helps my recovery!

Day 3 of Ohio Community Theatre Association Annual Conference (OCTA!) We’ve seen 10 shows since Friday and today we see 5 more!
