* Broccoli, sweet potato, and salmon. * Season is mostly salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, old bay on salmon. * Oil is extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil would be great swap. * A good fast home cooked meal when you need some nutrients but not a lot of time.
