Walking forward and sideways challenged my balance, core control, and coordination. Even keeping my hand near the railing—without fully relying on it— asked my body to do more than it may look like on screen🤎 There were steady moments, shaky moments, and one very honest “Oh, Jesus” moment🙌🏾
