Beganioes! Must be boiled for 2-3 hours. They are boiled just like crawfish, crabs, or shrimp. They are very chewy and salty. They are found climbing pilings. They eat oysters by drilling a hole through the shell. You only eat the body, not the guts or “tobacco sack” unless you want to be sick.
