1. Go to the Files app
2.Create a new Folder for sharing together
3. Click and hold on the Folder. Scroll down below will have the word "Share."
4. Select Collaborate, then select the person you want to share with.
5. Tell that person to press the link. 😂

หลายคนเห็นคำว่า “Shared by” ในแอป Files แล้วงงว่าแปลว่าอะไร หรือกลัวว่าไฟล์เราโดนแชร์ออกไปโดยไม่รู้ตัว จริงๆ แล้ว “Shared by Me” คือรายการไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์ที่เราเป็นคนเริ่มแชร์ให้คนอื่น ส่วน “Shared by … (ชื่ออีกฝ่าย)” คือรายการที่อีกฝ่ายแชร์มาให้เรา ซึ่งมักจะอยู่ใต้ iCloud Drive ในแอป Files นี่แหละค่ะ จากที่เราใช้จริงเวลาเดินทาง จะสะดวกมากเพราะไฟล์สำคัญอย่าง passport, boarding pass, hotel reservation หรือเอกสารที่ต้องปริ้นท์ จะไม่กระจัดกระจายอยู่ตามแชท และไม่ต้องกลัวไฟล์หมดอายุเหมือนส่งในบางแอปแชทด้วย วิธีเช็กให้ชัวร์ว่า “Shared by” อันไหนปลอดภัยและเราคุมได้ 1) เข้า Files > Browse > iCloud Drive แล้วสังเกตหมวด Shared (บางเครื่องจะขึ้น “Shared by Me/Shared by …”) ถ้าอยู่ใน iCloud Drive แปลว่าเป็นการแชร์ผ่าน iCloud 2) กดเข้าไปดูโฟลเดอร์ แล้วลองกดค้างที่โฟลเดอร์/ไฟล์ > Get Info (หรือ Info) จะเห็นรายละเอียดการแชร์ เช่น คนที่เข้าถึงได้ และสิทธิ์ (ดูได้อย่างเดียว/แก้ไขได้) 3) ถ้าเป็นเอกสารสำคัญ แนะนำตั้งค่าให้ “Only people you invite” เท่านั้น และเลือกสิทธิ์เป็น “View only” ถ้าไม่อยากให้อีกฝ่ายแก้ไฟล์ ทริคที่เราใช้เวลาสร้างโฟลเดอร์แชร์ (เหมาะกับทริป/งานคู่) - ตั้งชื่อโฟลเดอร์ให้หาเจอง่าย เช่น “Family”, “Trip Korea 2026”, “Documents” แล้วแยกย่อยเป็น Korea, Receipts, Tickets - เก็บไฟล์เป็น PDF จะเปิดง่ายสุดทั้ง iPhone/iPad และส่งต่อให้ที่ทำงาน/ร้านปริ้นท์ง่าย - เวลาจะให้แฟนปริ้นท์ ให้บอกว่า “เข้า Files > iCloud Drive > Shared by … > โฟลเดอร์ Family” จะหาง่าย ไม่หลง ถ้าอยากหยุดแชร์หรือเอาคนออก (สำคัญมาก) - กดค้างที่โฟลเดอร์ที่แชร์ > Share > Manage Shared Folder (หรือ Manage Share) - สามารถ Remove Access รายคนได้ หรือ Stop Sharing เพื่อปิดการแชร์ทั้งหมด - แนะนำทำทันทีหลังกลับจากทริป ถ้าเป็นไฟล์ส่วนตัว เช่น สำเนาพาสปอร์ต ปัญหาที่เจอบ่อยและวิธีแก้แบบเร็ว - ไม่เห็น “Shared by …” : เช็กว่าเปิด iCloud Drive แล้ว (Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > iCloud Drive) และทั้งสองคนล็อกอิน iCloud - อีกฝ่ายกดลิงก์แล้วเข้าไม่ได้: ให้แชร์ใหม่โดยเลือก “Only people you invite” และส่งผ่านช่องทางเดิมอีกครั้ง - กลัวไฟล์หาย: ไฟล์ที่แชร์ยังอยู่ใน iCloud Drive ของเจ้าของ แต่อย่าลืมสำรองไว้ในเครื่อง/อีกโฟลเดอร์ถ้าเป็นไฟล์สำคัญ โดยรวมถ้าใครต้องทำงานคู่ หรือแชร์เอกสารเดินทางกันบ่อยๆ ฟีเจอร์ Share > Collaborate ในแอป Files เป็นตัวช่วยที่คุ้มมากค่ะ เพราะมันทำให้โฟลเดอร์ “Shared by Me/Shared by …” เป็นเหมือนคลังกลางที่หยิบใช้ได้ตลอด ไม่ต้องส่งไฟล์วนไปมาอีก
