Are y’all working out while pregnant? I use to be able to workout 4-5 days a week but since I got pregnant I’ve only been able to work out 1 day a week . Working out definitely makes me feel good but I have almost no energy. 😅 If I use my energy to workout I have no energy to do anything else .
