HATE TO LEAVE YA'LL HANGING BUUUUT

Man this is the first time I've moved my body since Friday. When I tell ya'll I've been so sick 😫

I literally couldn't hold my head up longer than like 10 minutes tops. Having an autoimmune disorder and getting sick is the worst combination ever.

On top of being sick, my mental health was outta wack because fitness is my release...so the past few days have been a battle with the last 2 including me barely getting out of the bed

I'm still not 100%...but I am getting there...I didn't do any cardio because breathing is still challenging 🙃 😅 I also opted for the lowest impact thing I could accomplish. Which was this workout with some restorative yoga.

I stuck with ankle weights just for a little extra push. This workout is really great for your lower abs (better known as the fupa area). I did 3 sets of everything and tried to get 10-15 reps in each time.

Gonna attempt actually going to work today...not sure if it will help or make me worse so if I don't post tomorrow that's why.. either way always listen to your body and don't try to push yourself just to get a workout in.
