「焼鳥祐 一番弟子」を初訪問した人向けに、行く前に知っておくと満足度が上がるポイントをまとめます。梅田エリアで“名店の系譜っぽい焼き鳥”を探している人には刺さるお店だと思いました。 まず推したいのは名物の親子丼。お店自慢の出汁×卵3つの組み立てで、上はふわっと、下には鶏の塊がしっかり入っていて食べ応えがありました。親子丼って「卵が主役」になりがちですが、ここは鶏の存在感が強めで、焼き鳥前の一品でも満足できるタイプです。青ネギの香りもいいアクセント。 串は“ポーション大きめ＆よく焼き”寄り。焼き鳥の部位って、もも・ねぎま・せせり・つくね…など定番でも火入れで別物になるけど、ここは香ばしさが立っていて、食べる場所（カウンターの熱感）も相まって旨みが強く感じました。初めてなら、レバー系はぜひ。照りのある肝串は臭みが出やすい部位なのに、後味が軽くて食べやすかったです。 たたき・肝刺し（肝系の刺し）は、鮮度が味を左右するメニュー。薬味（玉ねぎスライスや青ネギ）と合わせるとコクが際立って、お酒が進みました。加えて、鶏白湯を使った出汁巻き玉子は優しい味で、串の合間の“休憩”にちょうどいい一皿。サクサクの大きな鶏唐揚げも外せません。レモンを絞ると重たさがリセットされます。 価格面では、飲み放題付きコース6000円がかなり強い印象。初訪問はコースにして、気に入った部位を次回アラカルトで深掘りするのが安心だと思います。4/4からの昼呑み（13:00-17:00）も使い勝手が良く、LINE友達追加で酎ハイ・ハイボールが99円になるのもありがたい。 最後にアクセスと過ごし方。曽根崎のビル3階で、ディナーは混みやすいので早めの予約がおすすめ。満席のときは近い時間帯で昼呑みに寄せるなど、柔軟にプランを組むと楽しみやすいです。焼き鳥好きなら一度は行ってみて損なしでした。
