My first time at stampede and must say it was such fun. Although my boots hurt my feet like hell … but I still had an amazing time trying out all the fun things to do and good food, music and vibes.

This is definitely a must if you’re into festivals.

Started my “gym shift” with a 15min treadmill walk of 2 incline and 2.7 pace. Then I followed the weight workouts pictured above. Before I headed home I did another 10min walk to cool down and appreciate that WOW! I did that! The app I’m using above is called Fitbod, amazing app to create workouts
