Hernia surgery journey/tips I prepped a week of dinners so I could be glued to the couch… lol. I can’t take pain meds they make Me sick. I recommend having plenty of Tylenol & ibuprofen on hand. Stay hydrated! Sleep!!!! Use pillows to prop you up if you’re a stomach sleeper like me. Ma
