I know other people have it so much worse than me, but it has just been so much. And it feels impossible to manage everything. ❤️‍🩹

So, I had a biopsy done while awake and it gave me PTSD with gynecologists. This happened in my early 20’s. I’m near my mid-thirties now and I get yearly Pap smears but every hour and second until the gyno visit scares me still! The last procedure I had, the gyno (who I’m going to see tomorrow!!!)
