Keep in mind that these symptoms are not only caused by POTS. They can be caused by a number of other things. ❤️‍🩹

I don’t set any alarms. I can feel when I’m do for another bolus, and my body just wakes up on its own at night when my pain starts to kick in. I don’t ever want my pain to get really bad, so I trust my body and stay on top of the pain. ❤️‍🩹
