[HSP] Too many dislikes and weaknesses

- Yeah.

- Yeah.

I had a little time the other day.

It has been an annual event for a long time.

patrolling fortune telling sites

In order to verify whether the past fortune-telling was correct

i was checking my luck and diary for the past few months

Regardless of the fortune-telling result, the contents of the diary are surprising

In the parade of "irritating," "impossible," and "annoying"

most of our daily lives.

i realized again that i was being controlled by my feelings of anger

I got a little sad. Lol

For example, a little way of saying

the voice of a person when they want to concentrate

It may be the gaze of a casual person,

In this world, there are elements that stimulate emotions and mental

Anyway, there are many.

The word "hard to live" that is often said in the streets

"There are too many things I don't like or don't like."

I feel like I can rephrase it.

For example, in the midst of a lot of disliked foods

do you feel bad eating it?

Or even to avoid them.

Put strict restrictions on what you eat.

Because every day is like being forced to choose between two

I wonder if it's so stressful...

Personally, even if you put some restrictions on your life

it's better to avoid unpleasant feelings thoroughly

Because I often feel good

As much as possible when there is room for choice

Avoid places with a lot of people

"Don't pack your schedule" or something

While being aware of such things again

I'm thinking about making a living.

Even if it's just mental, it's easy to wobble

from now on, as the cold gets more severe

it makes it harder to control your emotions

First of all, what you dislike or dislike

Make it visible and take proper measures

Let's get through it together somehow...!

Being a Highly Sensitive Person has felt like both a curse and a calling. When I was younger, my emotions overwhelmed me. I didn’t know how to hold them—so I tried to escape them. That led to addiction, isolation, and years of feeling like I didn’t belong. But now I see the full picture.
