I want to sleep for the rest of my life
- Yeah.
- Yeah.
A little while ago at work.
Trouble? Accident? Something like that occurred
i happened to be there
There was an event where I was pointed out, but
Since it was also my responsibility, for the time being
While thinking that it is necessary to reflect properly
The way the person who told me about the trouble
"Wait, am I the only one to blame...?"
A little moyamoya with nuances that make you think,,
They say, "I'm not at fault."
It seems to be saying that, but it also feels subtle)
On that day, I was feeling down.
In a sense, this case became the "final blow"
As soon as I got to work, I said, "I don't want to go home anymore."
I feel like that. Lol
(It's not a laugh)
Perhaps because of mental weakness,
Or are you just a moody person?
I was really a little...
I tend to dislike everything.
when a negative event happens
Even if you know it's temporary
I just can't stand the negative energy.
It breaks my heart, you know.
But it's like it really deserves despair.
it's almost never an irreparable event.
Usually a few days to a week at the most.
to recover, if not completely
The usual flow is to say "well, okay."
(If you know the punch line.
Don't be depressed from the beginning, but
When that time comes, no matter what
My feelings are full and it's not going to be so,,
It is difficult to control emotions. (
But this series of flows, on top of not producing anything
It's a real energy drain.
Somehow a technique that can be shortcut
I think I want to wear it.
Perhaps what I lack is
The ability to see things quietly.
Maybe because of his impatient personality
When something happens...
I immediately said, "I have to do something."
I tend to get impatient, but
The world is so quickly settled
It's not all simple things, is it?
Because of black and white thinking, in a moyamoya situation
It's hard to develop resistance, but
Still, even gradually
Hold your emotions until you calm down to some extent.
I think we need to acquire the ability.
I'm already an old adult
Stable behavior even on the surface is about to
I want to be able to do it, lol

私はHSP(Highly Sensitive Person)として、日常の些細な出来事で心が折れそうになる経験にとても共感します。
