I’ve learned that it’s not something I can check off a list and say, “Okay, I’m good now.” 🤣🤣 It’s in the little things. Checking in with myself. Giving myself space to feel. Resting when I need to. Keeping promises to myself. Making room for the things that make me feel like me. And honestly
