My banana tree update! 🍌🌴 I’m still amazed that I’m actually growing bananas right in my backyard! Now I’m just watching them fill out and hoping they have enough time to mature before the cooler weather gets here. Gardening will really have you outside checking the same plant every single day 😂🍌

Sometimes God will allow you to go through the storm, not to break you, but to remind you just how strong your faith really is. 🙏🏾❤️ Whatever you're facing right now, don't give up. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep holding on. Your story isn't over, and God is still working behind the scenes.

I chopped my banana tree ALL the way down after the frost at the beginning of this year… and look at the comeback by September! 😳🌱🍌 I knew it would grow back, but I was NOT expecting it to do all of this in one growing season. #BananaTreeGrowing #GrowingBananaTrees #GrowingBananas #BananaTre

I really thought putting sweet potatoes on a trellis was doing something… meanwhile the ones in TWO grow bags have decided the entire backyard belongs to them. 😭😂🍠 Now the real question is… WHAT is going on underneath all those vines?! 👀 #SweetPotatoes #GrowingSweetPotatoes #SweetPotatoVines

At this point I think she’s just trying to prove a point 😭😂 I stopped watering her, stopped feeding her, stopped paying her ANY attention… and 3 months later she done traveled across the garden AND made babies. Ma’am, I said we were DONE. 😂🌱🥒 #AppleCrispCucumber #CucumberPlant #GardenTok #Ba

You asked how I get them so BIG… so we’re starting all the way from the beginning 👀🌱 This is one of my favorite easy ways to get seeds started before they ever touch the soil. Now let’s see what we can grow! 🙌🏾 #CollardGreens #SeedStarting #SeedGermination #GrowYourOwnFood #GardeningTik
