... Read moreGoing through postpartum is truly one of the most challenging phases of life. From my personal experience, the physical recovery is just the beginning—there are emotional and mental hurdles that can feel overwhelming. Sleep deprivation, hormonal changes, and the new responsibilities as a #sahm can sometimes make you question your strength. However, despite these difficulties, the joy of holding your little one and watching their first milestones makes every struggle worthwhile. It's important to remember that feeling vulnerable in postpartum is normal, and seeking support from family, friends, or support groups can make a significant difference. Sharing in communities like #momtok and #momlife helps many mothers feel seen and understood. Personally, I found that self-care moments, even if small, such as a quiet cup of tea or a short walk, helped me regain balance. Every motherhood journey is unique, and while postpartum can be rough, the overwhelming love for my son has been my anchor. I would choose this path again in a heartbeat because the bond and growth it brings are irreplaceable.
