my fav free app 🫶✨

👗Whering 👠

⭐️Overall rating: 5/5 🫶🏼

💰Price: FREE 🥰

💕 I use this app everyday!! I plan my outfits, see what I have and haven’t worn recently, keep track of things I want to wear, and create new outfits I usually never would have thought of!

🩷 How to use it? Just take pics of your clothes and add them into the app. It will automatically remove the background and place each item into categories based on what it thinks it is. (if anything is wrong you can fix it)

💞 use the “dress me” feature to shuffle clothes and get new outfit ideas, or select which clothes you want and make the fits yourself! There’s so many other cool features on this app but those are my favs

💗definitely recommend doing to check it out!! it’s free, might as well

2023/10/25 Edited to

... Read moreOkay, so I already raved about the Whering app, but seriously, there's so much more to love that I just had to share! It's truly transformative for managing my wardrobe and helping me feel more put-together every day without spending a dime. One of the first things that hooked me was how incredibly easy it is to get all my clothes into the app. You just snap a picture, and boom! The app's clever tech automatically removes the background, leaving you with a clean, digital image of your item. It then tries to categorize it – like putting your favorite tee in 'Tops' or your jeans in 'Bottoms'. From my experience, it's surprisingly accurate, but if it ever gets something wrong, it’s super simple to correct. This feature alone makes digitizing your wardrobe a breeze, and seeing all my uploaded clothing items neatly organized on my screen is so satisfying. Now, let's talk about the heart of the app: the outfit builder. This is where the magic happens, and it’s what I spend most of my time on. The outfit planner screen itself is so intuitive. You can browse through your categories – 'Tops', 'Bottoms', 'Dresses', 'Outerwear', 'Shoes', 'Accessories' (just like those categories I saw on my profile screenshot!) – and simply drag and drop items onto a virtual mannequin. It’s like playing dress-up with your own closet! I love that I can experiment with combinations I might never have thought of when staring blankly at my physical wardrobe. It's perfect for creating outfits for specific events, or just planning my week's looks in advance. This helps me save so much time in the mornings! And for those days when I'm completely stumped? The 'Dress Me' feature is a lifesaver. Tucked away in the 'Styling' section, this is essentially my personal outfit generator. With a tap, it shuffles through my digitized wardrobe and presents me with completely new outfit suggestions. Sometimes it throws together combinations I would never have considered, and often, those turn out to be my new favorites! It’s such a clever way to get more wear out of my existing clothes and really encourages me to be more adventurous with my style. It's like having a virtual stylist constantly giving you fresh ideas. Another feature that I absolutely adore, and one that has genuinely changed how I approach my wardrobe, is the calendar. The app's calendar feature lets you log what you've worn each day. Looking at my October 2023 calendar, it's incredibly satisfying to see my daily outfit logs. This isn't just about preventing repeats – though that’s a huge bonus! It also helps me identify which items I haven't worn in a while, prompting me to either style them differently or consider decluttering. It makes my wardrobe feel more intentional and sustainable. No more 'I have nothing to wear!' moments, because I can clearly see all my options and how often I'm actually using them. Beyond daily planning, I've started using the 'lookbooks' feature to save my favorite created outfits. Whether it's for a specific season, a vacation packing list, or just general style inspiration, having these curated collections makes future outfit planning even quicker. It’s like building my own style guide right within the app. Honestly, if you’re looking for a free, comprehensive wardrobe app that acts as an outfit planner, builder, and even a style generator, you have to try Whering. It’s genuinely made my life easier and my style more exciting, and it’s all thanks to these amazing features that make managing my clothes a joy.
