I Conquered My Fear

I grew up where people in my family worked in business offices, schools, hospitals, as firefighters, as landscapers, as snow plowers, as maintenance workers, as tree removers, as motorcycle racers, in construction, in oil, as school bus drivers, as watch repairmen, in sales & for the government. I was afraid of being judged for working online because I could work from home while they all had to go to work places.

Sometimes I get the comment from people “when are you going to get a real job?” because I work from home & they don’t consider it a real job when working from home.

But, I realized that I get things they don’t: making my own schedule, working at my own pace, being in charge of my accommodations, having a mentor, learning from tons of people in the business & have ongoing training.
