Working a concert staff is a very fun job. In addition to being experienced in the moment of our beloved artists, we also meet a lot of people dressed in different styles at the same event. In addition, more than 50% of the audience are foreigners, so we can practice the language. 🇨🇳🇰🇷🇬🇧

- Depending on each job page, for example, if it is an event held at Rajang Field, it will be a little tired, because the stairs are steep and very high, the walking distance is long and up and down many times, and if the Impact Zone is not tired.
- It depends on the individual. For us, we have worked part-time as a food service before, so we see that the concert staff is very chilling. 🤣

หลายคนทักมาถามละเอียดๆ ว่า “Usher คืออาชีพอะไร” แล้วถ้าอยาก “หางาน staff คอนเสิร์ต” ต้องเริ่มยังไง เราขอสรุปจากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวให้เป็นแนวทาง เผื่อใครกำลังเล็งงานสตาฟคอนเสิร์ต (โดยเฉพาะงานคอนเสิร์ตเกาหลีที่คนสนใจเยอะมาก) 1) Usher/Staff คอนเสิร์ต ทำอะไรในหนึ่งวัน? โดยทั่วไปหน้างานจะมีการเช็กชื่อ/รับบรีฟก่อนเริ่มงาน แล้วถูกแบ่งโซนชัดเจน เช่น จุดตรวจบัตร, แจกของที่ระลึก (บางงานมีริชแบรนด์/บัตรแข็ง/บัตรห้อยคอ), นำทางเข้าที่นั่ง, เฝ้าประตู/กันคนหลงโซน, รับฝากของ หรือบางตำแหน่งได้ทำ MC ด้วย ข้อสำคัญคือ “งานบริการ” เป็นหลัก ต้องสื่อสารให้ชัด สุภาพ และใจเย็นมากๆ เพราะผู้ชมรีบและตื่นเต้น 2) แล้วต้องมีทักษะอะไรบ้างถึงจะสมัครได้? - การสื่อสาร: อธิบายทางเข้า-ออก/กติกาให้ไวและเข้าใจง่าย - ไหวพริบ: แก้สถานการณ์คนมาผิดประตู บัตรมีปัญหา หรือหาที่นั่งไม่เจอ - ภาษาอังกฤษ/ภาษาจีน/เกาหลี (ถ้ามี): ช่วยมาก เพราะหลายงานผู้ชมต่างชาติเยอะ - ความอึดและความเป็นทีม: เดินเยอะ ยืนนาน ต้องช่วยกันเป็นกะ 3) หางานสตาฟคอนเสิร์ต/สมัครงาน staff event คอนเสิร์ต จากที่ไหน? - เพจ/บริษัทอีเวนต์และทีมโปรดักชัน: มักเปิดรับเป็นรอบๆ ตามคอนเสิร์ต - กลุ่มหางานพาร์ทไทม์/งานสตาฟในโซเชียล: มีประกาศ “พาร์ทไทม์ staff” บ่อย - คนรู้จักในวงการสตาฟ: ถ้าทำดี มีวินัย โอกาสได้งานต่อเนื่องสูงมาก ทริคของเรา: เตรียมโปรไฟล์สั้นๆ + รูปสุภาพ + ระบุโซนที่สะดวกเดินทาง และวันที่ว่างชัดเจน จะช่วยให้ทีมงานติดต่อกลับง่าย 4) เรื่องบัตร staff คอนเสิร์ต และการแต่งกาย หลายงานจะมีบัตรห้อยพนักงาน (บางทีได้เก็บเป็นที่ระลึก) แต่กติกาแต่ละงานไม่เหมือนกัน ควรถามให้ชัดว่า “ต้องคืนไหม/ห้ามถ่ายรูปจุดไหนบ้าง” ส่วนชุดมักเป็นโทนสุภาพสีดำ รองเท้าผ้าใบที่เดินสบายคือที่สุด โดยเฉพาะงานสนามใหญ่ 5) ข้อควรรู้ก่อนตัดสินใจทำงานสตาฟงานคอนเสิร์ต - เวลางานอาจยาวและเลิกดึก ควรวางแผนการเดินทางกลับ - มีช่วงพีคก่อนประตูเปิดและหลังจบโชว์ คนจะหนาแน่นมาก - ห้ามคิดว่าไปดูคอนเสิร์ตฟรี: เราอยู่เพื่อดูแลคนดูและความเรียบร้อยเป็นหลัก ถ้าใครกำลังจะสมัครงานสตาฟคอนเสิร์ตครั้งแรก แนะนำให้เริ่มจากตำแหน่งที่ได้ฝึกพื้นฐาน เช่น ตรวจบัตร/นำที่นั่ง แล้วค่อยขยับไปงานที่รับผิดชอบมากขึ้น พอทำไปเรื่อยๆ จะสนุกขึ้นและได้ประสบการณ์แบบที่หาไม่ได้จากงานพาร์ทไทม์ทั่วไปจริงๆค่ะ
