This was a tough Goodbye yesterday, this is the tree that we built up over the years and every leaf, flower and butterfly represents a lovely lady who has completed a course with us, we delicately removed each leaf, flower and butterfly and we will be making a home for them in our New Forever Home

Big thanks to NPT Adult Learning in the Community for hosting us at the Digital Learning training course at the Tir Morfa centre in Port Talbot. We are all learning laptop skills and how to use WORD, it’s been very beneficial for us. #trainingmotivation #nevertooldtolearn #kindnessmat

Helen Visited us this week and we went over all of the self defence moves we learnt while doing the Physical Empowerment course. Thanks Helen, as always it was lovely to see you 💜 #freshlemon8 #womensupportingwomen #survivorstrong #sisterhood 💜
