The cheesecake has a strong cheese taste as it uses gorgonzola. But surprisingly it is very delicious without habit 😘
At the time of opening the shop, it was only espresso, but it seems that the existence of espresso itself was not recognized in the first place, so from there it seems that they increased the menu with cakes and sandwiches drip coffee to meet the needs of customers!

「ケセランパセラン 金沢」で探している人向けに、行ってみて良かったポイントをもう少し補足します（お店の表記は私が見た範囲では“ケセランパサラン”でした）。 まず場所は金沢の堅町エリアで、木目のドアに「YES, WE ARE OPEN」の看板が出ているのが目印。外観も入りやすい雰囲気で、ふらっと立ち寄れる感じでした。ベビーカーや自転車が置かれているのを見かけたので、地元の人にも普段使いされていそうです。 店内はカウンター中心で、奥に階段が見える造り。レトロな照明のあたたかい光で、コーヒーを飲むのにちょうどいい落ち着きがあります。メニューは黒板に「ブラック」「ホワイト」系のエスプレッソドリンクがまとまっていて、エスプレッソ初めてでも選びやすいのが助かりました。 注文のコツとしては、苦みをしっかり感じたいならエスプレッソやマキアート寄り、ミルクとのバランスを楽しみたいならカプチーノやラテが無難。私が飲んだカプチーノは、ラテアートもきれいで、しっかりした苦みがミルクに負けずに残るタイプでした。シングルオリジンの豆で作ってくれるタイミングもあるので、産地や精製（アナエロビック等）が気になる人は、さらっと聞いてみると選ぶ楽しさが増えます。 スイーツはガラスケースにクッキー（チョコチップ表記あり）も並んでいて、軽くつまむ用途にも便利。私のおすすめはやっぱりゴルゴンゾーラベイクドチーズケーキ。クルミやローズマリーのトッピングが効いていて、チーズの存在感はあるのに意外とクセが強すぎず、コーヒーと合わせやすかったです。 「金沢でエスプレッソが美味しい店を探している」「カフェ巡りで堅町周辺を歩く」みたいな日に、コーヒーブレイクの候補としてかなり使いやすいお店だと思いました。
