At first it was a song of "Miko invited to Tokoyo."
However, as the production progressed, the leading role changed from a shrine maiden to "you in my shape."
This song is not a story of spirited away, but a story of being eroded by oneself.

「常世の夢」の歌詞は、一見すると難解かもしれませんが、個人的に感じたのは“自己との葛藤と闇に飲み込まれていく”テーマの強さです。歌詞の中の「僕の形をした『君』」という表現は、自分自身の内面に潜む別の自己や影を象徴しているように思えます。心の中で起こる闘い、記憶や自我が浸食されていく様子が非常にリアルに感じられました。 私も自己と向き合う時に、まるで別の自分に支配されているかのような感覚を経験したことがあり、この歌詞はまさにその感情を言葉にしてくれているようで共感しました。特に「黒い『君』が笑う」「僕の輪郭が濁っていく」という部分は、自分の中の負の部分が増幅していく描写が美しくも切ないです。 また、「鳥居を越えて反転した世界」というフレーズからは、現実世界と異なる精神世界や裏世界へと入り込み、そこでは「僕」が「でき損ない」として嘲笑われるという、自己否定の過程をイメージしました。神隠し的な物語と思いきや、自分自身の中の葛藤をテーマに変えた点も創作として非常に面白い変化です。 この楽曲は歌詞だけでも深い物語性があり、聴き手の感情を揺さぶる力を持っています。私自身、歌詞を読みながら内省的な感情が湧き起こり、まるで一緒に「常世の闇」へ落ちていくような錯覚を覚えました。今後の展開も期待できる作品ですので、ダークファンタジーや内面世界に興味のある方にはぜひチェックしてほしいです。
