เผื่อใครเสิร์ชหา “Priscilla Ice Cream” แล้วลังเลว่าจะไปดีไหม ขอสรุปจากประสบการณ์แบบคนชอบลองของแปลกๆ (แต่ยังอยากได้ความอร่อยอยู่) ว่าร้านนี้เหมาะกับสายไอติมที่เบื่อรสเดิมๆ มาก เพราะแต่ละรสทำคอนเซ็ปต์ชัด ไม่ได้แค่ตั้งชื่อเก๋ๆ แล้วรสชาติกลางๆ สิ่งที่ชอบคือ “เลือกสั่งได้สนุก” เพราะมีหลายรสที่ชวนงงตั้งแต่เห็นชื่อ เช่น โลกเนรมิตที่เป็นใบเตยมะพร้าวแบบมีเนื้อมะพร้าวให้เคี้ยว, ขนมเบื้องวัดอรุณที่ได้ฟีลครีมขนมเบื้องกับฝอยทอง, Shio pan ที่นัวๆ เค็มนิดๆ และมีชิ้นขนมปังให้พอเคี้ยว หรือ Starry Night ที่ออกแนวครีมชีสเปรี้ยวๆ ใครเป็นสายชอบครีมชีสจะน่าจะถูกใจมากกว่าเรา ทริคสั่งให้คุ้มสำหรับมือใหม่: ถ้าไปหลายคน แนะนำสั่งคนละรสแล้วแชร์ชิม จะได้รู้ว่าตัวเองชอบแนวไหน (สายหอมมัน / สายหวานละมุน / สายเค็มนัว / สายเปรี้ยวครีมชีส) เพราะบางรส “อร่อย” แต่ไม่ใช่แนวที่เรากินบ่อย การได้ชิมก่อนจะช่วยให้ครั้งหน้าสั่งได้ตรงใจขึ้น เรื่องบรรยากาศร้านก็น่ารักกว่าที่คิด เป็นคาเฟ่ที่นั่งพักได้จริง มีมุมโซฟาชิลๆ และพร็อพกวนๆ อย่างหมอนอิงปลาหมึกยักษ์สีเหลือง (สายถ่ายรูปน่าจะสนุก) แถมมีดีเทลโปสเตอร์ประมาณ “Mint chip, Not a toothpaste” ที่ทำให้ร้านดูมีคาแรกเตอร์ ใครไปกับเพื่อนคือได้รูปกลับมาแน่นอน อีกอย่างที่อยากแนะนำคือ ถ้าคุณเป็นคนชอบมินต์ช็อก (mint chip) หรือกำลังตามหารสแปลกๆ ในกรุงเทพ ร้านนี้เข้าทางมาก เพราะฟีลคือทำไอติมแบบมีลูกเล่นและมีเรื่องเล่า ไม่ใช่แค่หวานเย็นธรรมดา สรุป: Priscilla Ice Cream เหมาะกับคนอยากเปิดประสบการณ์ไอติมรสแปลก + อยากได้คาเฟ่นั่งคุยสบายๆ ถ้าไปแล้วเจอรสที่ชื่อแปลกจนลังเล บอกเลยว่า “สุ่มได้” เพราะหลายรสทำออกมาเกินคาดจริงๆ
