ใครกำลังหา “ตลาดมิ่ง แบริ่งซอย 3” แล้วอยากรู้ว่าบรรยากาศจริงๆ เป็นยังไง เราแนะนำให้มาช่วงเย็นๆ เลยค่ะ หน้าตลาดจะคึกคักมาก มีป้ายชื่อตลาดชัดเจนริมถนน เดินเข้าไปคือกลิ่นปิ้งย่างลอยมาแต่ไกล เหมาะกับสายสตรีทฟู้ดแบบเราแบบสุดๆ ทริคเล็กๆ เวลาเดินตลาดมิ่งคือ “เล็งร้านฮอตก่อนแล้วค่อยวนกลับมา” เพราะบางร้านคนต่อคิวยาว โดยเฉพาะโซนปิ้งย่างอย่างปลาหมึกย่างกับบาร์บีคิว เราเคยลองวนกลับมาแล้วคุ้มจริง ได้เลือกของแบบไม่ต้องรีบมาก และยังได้ของร้อนๆ จากเตาอีกด้วย เมนูที่เจอบ่อยคือปลาหมึกเสียบไม้ (มีทั้งตัว/หนวด/หมึกไข่) ราคาประมาณ 10–20 บาท เหมาะกับซื้อแชร์กับเพื่อน อีกโซนที่คนชอบถามหาเวลาเสิร์ช “ตลาดมิ่ง แบริ่ง รูปภาพ” คือร้านขนมปังอบที่ป้ายเขียนชัดว่า “ทุกอย่าง 10 บาท” มีหลายไส้ให้เลือก เช่น แฮมชีส ข้าวโพด มะพร้าว ช็อกโกแลต ถ้าไปตอนของยังไม่หมดจะเลือกสนุกมาก แนะนำซื้อแล้วถือกินไปเดินไปได้เลย ประหยัดและอิ่มอยู่ท้อง สายไก่ย่างก็ไม่ควรพลาด เพราะมีไม้ละ 10 บาทให้เลือกหลายอย่าง (ไก่ กึ๋น หมูย่าง) เป็นราคาที่ทำให้เผลอหยิบเพิ่มง่ายมาก ส่วน BBQ ก็มีหลายราคาแถว 12–25 บาท แล้วแต่ขนาดและวัตถุดิบ รสชาติจะออกแนวหวานเค็มกินเพลิน เหมาะกับคนชอบอะไรย่างๆ แบบครบๆ ในมื้อเดียว ปิดท้ายของทอดอย่างลูกชิ้นแดงและเกี๊ยวไข่ก็เป็น “ของกินเล่นตำนาน” ของตลาดแนวนี้ หลายร้านมีน้ำจิ้มให้เลือก และบางร้านมี QR Code ให้สแกนจ่าย สะดวกมากถ้าไม่พกเงินสดเยอะ ถ้าใครตั้งใจไปเดินตลาดมิ่ง แบริ่ง แนะนำเตรียมแบงก์ย่อย/เหรียญไว้บ้าง ใส่รองเท้าที่เดินสบาย และเผื่อท้องไว้สักนิด เพราะของกินเยอะจนเผลอซื้อเกินงบได้ง่ายๆ ค่ะ
