33 years and what precipitated the mind. 🤍
What was learned and precipitated during the age of 33 was...
We can enjoy small things because life is really short, we have no idea if tomorrow will still have us, and we have no idea what will happen to us.
Do not be angry with anyone for too long, and forgive, for forgiveness is not done for those whom we are angry with, but for ourselves, so that our hearts may put down something heavy.
Intend to live every day, do everything best, intend to do your job well, and more importantly... know your emotions quickly.
Learning psychology makes us understand that we have the right to feel every emotion, to be sad, to be angry, or to be happy is not wrong.
We don't have to force ourselves to be strong all the time.
Just know "What are we feeling now" and gradually learn to deal with that feeling into a
Be honest with your own emotions.
Happy and smiling
Sorry, cry
Angry, admitting to being angry, and then letting go.
Because in the end... life is just this
We don't need to keep everything in mind, just for fear of how others will look at us.
Being honest, accepting your feelings and taking good care of your heart.
Maybe it's one of the best ways to keep us from getting sick of unnecessary things.
33 years ago... probably didn't teach us the best.
But teach us to "understand life" and "understand ourselves" more.
The teacher always taught that
"Anything happens. That thing is always good."
Whether bad or good, finally, it will pass.
Some stories may leave the pain.
Some stories can become good memories.
But everything allows us to learn and grow in its own way.
Thank you for everything that happened.
Thank you to everyone who came through.
And thank you to yourself... for arriving today. 🤍
