4 weeks in a Calorie Deficit
Okay guys, I’ve been in a deficit for 4 weeks. My diet overall hasn’t been perfect (not enough protein) and I haven’t been in the gym for 2 weeks. The deficit has been the only factor that has kept my physique safe. I’m also keeping my lifts at maintenance for my glutes so I don’t lose them. My

Calorie Deficit- Maintain Glutes while Building Core
I hate being in a deficit lol but I want this core so bad. This is the first time ever that I prioritize core/abs. I’m doing a 2/2 split. 2 glute days and 2 upper body days. If yall want my split i will post. 😘 Im not doing the best diet wise but I am focused on protein-rich meals and burning calor

Simple is always effective. I stick to my Big 3 and let healthy habits do the rest #beauty #skincare Stick to what you know! And always consult a doctor before using any chemicals on your Face or have sensitive skin #skincarerecommendations

6 week Core Challenge
I never exclusively train abs for more than one day of the week. This 6 weeks I’m challenging myself to a stronger core while maintaining my lower body. I’ve always wanted to see a bit more definition but never buckled down to train but now…..I’ve done this so many times proven with my lower body t

How I Grow my Glutes Over and Over
1.consistency 2.protein 3.recover 4. Rest As simple as it gets. Just a reminder post that you can do it over and over again. Get back up! You got the recipe! I have no more direction. Calculate your protein goals and create challenges for yourself. If creating the challenges is that h

Bombshell Curls on Locs
Show the curls some love!! Ask me anything. This was so simple and easy - NOT QUICK!😭. I’ll tell you a joke but I’ll never tell you a lie. Curls in my locs make me feel so girly and cute. I can’t stop. I wanna try all the perm rod sizes!!! #microlocs #microlocscurls #locscurls #locs

Braid out on Microlocs!
Decided to switch the pattern up from normal curls to crinkles and I love the results! I can’t believe how cute these are! (Although I can) This Zig-zag type curl is like šŸ„°šŸ˜. And what I love most is that I can keep my length with this style. Spiral curls never show the true length of my hair as

Large Flexi Rod Set on microlocs
Okay so I tried the large purple flexi rods! I was going for big voluminous curls. I love the tight curls but this is more of an everyday wave which I love! Just big tossled curls with body. They are falling but we have made it to day 4 and I’ll probably re-curl the sections after a couple more day

Pipe Cleaners w/ flat Twist
I’ll give yall more pictures when I actually decide to separate the curls. :) But so cute! I wanted this style so bad for like a month and haven’t found anyone to do it for me. I’m actually nervous that I won’t wanna take it down once the curls fall properly for my birthday style lol. #side pa

Perm Rod set Microlocs
This was my best set yet! I remember the first time I wore my locs to the beach they frizzed so bad and they weren’t mature. But now, I don’t mind the frizz at all because they’re mature and I can do multiple styles. #microloc #locinspo #locstyles #locs #womenwithlocs

Embracing the UGLY LOC phase
#Lemon8Scrapbook I never had an ugly loc phase because I’m not an ugly girl. However my locs looked, I completely embraced because I knew my hair had nothing to do with how I felt about myself. Other than being bored of the same hairstyle for a while, I enjoyed NOT focusing on my hair or what

Yall I did these by myself, that’s the caption 😭😭 I’m getting better and better at curling my locs. I almost chose flexi rods, but any small curls last longer for me so I decided on perm rods! I did retwist my locs first (I had all day to myself). I put my hair in 3 sections: the back being

GLOW UP IN 8 mos. !
It really is that simple, and honestly I didn’t start consistently going to the gym again until this year in January. I didn’t start focusing on progressive overload and diet until March/April. So it literally takes less time than that, but focus and consistency is key. I would love to help any
