「京都でおいしい肉ディナーが食べたい」って時、候補が多すぎて迷いませんか。私は“しっかりお肉で満足したい＋でも気取りすぎないお店がいい”という気分で、烏丸エリアのBENJAMIN GRILL KYOTOを選びました。結論、ボリュームも雰囲気も「お祝いディナー」にちょうどよくて、初訪問でも使いやすかったです。 まず良かったのは、メインに辿り着く前からテーブルが華やかになるところ。前菜の盛り合わせは、エビのグリルやイカリング、ベーコン、カプレーゼなどが一皿にまとまっていて、写真映えするのにちゃんとお腹も満たされます。パンやサラダ、ドリンクも一緒に並ぶと“今日はごちそうの日”感が一気に出るので、記念日や誕生日ディナーのスタートにぴったりでした。 メインは「今日はどんな肉気分か」で選ぶのが楽しいです。ガツンといくならTボーンステーキ。骨付きならではの香ばしさとジューシーさがあって、切り分けながら食べる時間もイベントっぽくなります。もう少し食べやすさ重視なら、熟成カーヴィングステーキやサーロインのローストビーフ系も満足度高め。私は京丹波平井牛のステーキが特に好みで、噛むほど旨みが出るタイプでした。 お肉以外も充実していて、イベリコ豚肩ロースのグリルみたいな選択肢があるのも嬉しいポイント。粒マスタードやレモンで味変できるので、重くなりがちな肉ディナーでも最後まで飽きにくいです。 お祝い用途なら、事前にアニバーサリープレートをお願いしておくのがおすすめ。「Happy Birthday」のプレートにケーキやフルーツが盛られていて、テーブルに出てきた瞬間テンションが上がりました。さらに追加で花束の用意もできるみたいなので、サプライズしたい人は予約時に相談しておくと安心です。 アクセス面でも、烏丸駅から徒歩圏内で集まりやすいのが助かりました。京都の中心部で“ちゃんとおいしい肉ディナー”を探しているなら、候補に入れて損なしです。
