Besides runner, lower body/leg workouts haven't been my greatest friend in the gym With the help of a trainer at the gym I go to, he gave me a bunch of workouts to do to help me improve as a better runner and achieve more endurance at the gym. Let's just say leg day isn't for the weak 😂

Working on a goal/dream/race/ something that gets that fire lit from underneath you is Probaly one of the most strongest thing that you can do for yourself. Yes training for a marathon, Hyrox, CrossFit comp, or even your first 5k is amazing but seeing how you progressed in your own self health
