ถ้าใครกำลังหาวิธี “ทำความสะอาดบ้านเรือน” แบบไม่ต้องรอให้ถึงวันหยุดอย่างเดียว เราว่าวิธีที่ช่วยได้มากคือทำให้การทำความสะอาดเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกิจวัตรประจำวันไปเลย โดยเฉพาะบ้าน/ห้องที่มีฝุ่นสะสมไว (พื้นไม้ยิ่งเห็นชัด) เราลองมาหลายอย่างแล้ว สรุปว่า “เก็บทีละนิด แต่ทำบ่อยๆ” ช่วยให้วันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ไม่เหนื่อยเกินไปจริง 1) แบ่งบ้านเป็นโซน แล้วเก็บวันละ 5–10 นาที แทนที่จะตั้งเป้าว่าต้องกวาดถูทั้งบ้านทีเดียว ลองแบ่งเป็นโซน เช่น โซนครัว โซนห้องนอน โซนหน้าประตู วันธรรมดาเลือกทำแค่ 1 โซนสั้นๆ พอ เช่น เดินเก็บของเข้าที่ + เช็ดพื้นเฉพาะทางเดินหลัก พอฝุ่นไม่สะสม งานใหญ่ก็เบาลง 2) ใช้ “สลิปเปอร์ถูพื้น” ให้คุ้มที่สุด สลิปเปอร์พื้นขนตัวหนอนเหมาะกับการเก็บฝุ่นผงเล็กๆ ระหว่างวัน โดยเฉพาะบริเวณที่เราเดินผ่านบ่อยๆ เช่น รอบเตียง หน้าโต๊ะทำงาน ทางเข้าห้อง แนะนำให้มี “คู่สำหรับในบ้านเท่านั้น” จะได้ไม่พาเศษดินเข้ามาเพิ่ม และถ้าใครมีน้ำยาดักฝุ่น ฉีดเบาๆ ที่พื้นหรือที่ขนรองเท้าก็ช่วยให้ฝุ่นติดดีขึ้น (แต่ไม่ควรฉีดจนเปียกแฉะ) 3) ตั้งกติกาหน้าประตู ลดฝุ่นตั้งแต่ต้นทาง หลายบ้านฝุ่นเยอะเพราะเราพาเข้ามาเอง ลองวางพรมดักฝุ่นหน้าห้อง/หน้าบ้าน + มีกล่องใส่รองเท้าหรือชั้นวางให้เป็นระเบียบ แล้วเปลี่ยนมาใส่รองเท้าในบ้านทันที วิธีนี้ช่วยลดทั้งฝุ่นและเศษกรวดที่ทำให้พื้นเป็นรอย 4) ทริคซักรองเท้าถูพื้นไม่ให้เหม็นอับ จากที่ใช้งานจริง ขนรองเท้าจะดำไวมาก (เห็นชัดภายในไม่กี่วัน) เราแนะนำให้ซักสัปดาห์ละครั้งตามที่หลายคนทำอยู่แล้ว ถ้าซักเครื่องให้ใส่ถุงซักผ้า โหมดถนอมผ้า และตากในที่ลมโกรก ส่วนตัวเราชอบซักมือเพราะควบคุมได้และถนอมขนมากกว่า 5) ปิดงานวันละนิดด้วย “เก็บพื้นจุดเลอะทันที” ถ้าน้ำหก เศษผงตก หรือมีคราบเล็กๆ ให้เช็ดทันทีเลย คราบจะไม่ฝัง และไม่ต้องมานั่งขัดตอนทำความสะอาดใหญ่ ทำตามนี้สัก 1–2 สัปดาห์จะรู้สึกเลยว่าบ้านดูสะอาดขึ้นตลอดเวลา แบบไม่ต้องหอบทำทีเดียวทั้งวันหยุด และสลิปเปอร์ถูพื้นก็เป็นตัวช่วยที่เหมาะกับคนไม่มีเวลา แค่เดินปกติก็เหมือนได้ทำความสะอาดบ้านเรือนแบบเนียนๆ ไปในตัว
