Almost 32 weeks now… the recommended weight gain is zero to 5 ibs in the first 3 months🙃 I “front loaded” a lot of my weight gain and then it evened out. No matter what, we shouldn’t obsess over these things but I know so many people do and worry they aren’t being “healthy.” So I hope this reassure
