Brush strokes and colors and paint, oh my!

Felt the urge to do more flowers after the electric box mural. This was done on impulse and I just made it up as I went, but I enjoy looking at the final result. I only used three terrible old brushes for the whole thing, which forced me to just let my brushstrokes go wherever. It was fun working f

I really love how you can add text to photo carousels now. It feels a little bit like writing comics or picture books to me actually. Telling a story with text and words together… Or maybe I’m just weird. Well, not maybe, I’m definitely weird, but maybe other author/illustrators relate? #mandolin

Final thoughts on the electric box painting project
